The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and breakfast had a good range of simple, fresh, delicious options that felt homemade. Bubu Suite gave us the peaceful escape we wanted, like a little sanctuary away from busy Ubud. It's a small, intimate hotel, so the stay felt personal. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with big windows and a roomy balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in, and the linens smelled wonderfully fresh. The pool isn't huge, but its hidden-garden feel made us want to linger for hours. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone after comfort, a peaceful atmosphere, and a hotel with heart.

We woke to birdsong in a peaceful, lovely atmosphere that felt like home. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious at breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. Everything was freshly prepared. It really felt like a home away from home, and I'd highly recommend it.

My family and I came all the way from Sydney and loved the service at the hotel. The hospitality was great, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. It's not far from Ubud centre. Thank you all for everything.

We didn't stay at the villa, but we ate there most nights. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the service was outstanding. It's cheaper than eating in Ubud. If you're staying at one of the villas nearby, I'd recommend coming for a meal.

The hotel's calm atmosphere and decor added to the charm of our stay. The food, including the breakfast choices, was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome with friendly, attentive service throughout. They were quick to help with tours, transport, and any other requests, and that care made our holiday memorable from arrival through departure. We had a relaxing, five-star experience at Bubu Suite and would highly recommend it as a welcoming retreat in Ubud. I hope to return.
