Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan

Agung, the Operations Manager, really stood out. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and seemed to genuinely care about how our stay was going. That kind of hospitality is rare. From arrival, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the room was ready just right, with impressive attention to the amenities. I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Sayan and highly recommend it to anyone after top-tier service.

We showed up at the Four Seasons bar on a scooter as students and were still greeted with real warmth and professionalism. The staff were highly skilled and gave us a unique experience. Creative cocktails with local flavors went perfectly with the excellent appetizers. A flawless five-star visit.

The food was a highlight of my stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay with Ahmed. Meals moved between Balinese and international flavors, and the beachfront restaurant served freshly caught seafood grilled beautifully. Breakfast had tropical fruit, pastries, and local specialties. Ahmed especially loved the cooking class, where resort chefs guided us through making authentic Balinese dishes. It was a meaningful connection to the island’s food culture. We also loved the atmosphere: sunset dinners overlooking Jimbaran Bay were memorable, while poolside meals felt relaxed but refined. Service stayed attentive throughout, and staff remembered our dining preferences and handled details like villa check-in with care. From the moment we arrived, the welcome felt warm and personal. The resort brings together Balinese culture and luxury, with breathtaking ocean views and a range of restaurant experiences. Sharing it with Ahmed made it extra special. We’d both recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious stay with a strong sense of local culture.

We arrived around 11pm with our two daughters, ages 5 and 7, and the staff still did thoughtful things that made Christmas feel magical for the kids. It meant so much to us, especially after traveling as a family. The care continued throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, kind, and attentive, making the holiday feel easy and special. We’ve stayed at many Four Seasons, and this location was phenomenal. We’ll always remember the Christmas they helped create for our family. Thank you to the amazing staff!
