For the price, this was an unbeatable deal. It’s the best affordable five-star hotel I’ve stayed in, with stunning architecture, great facilities, smooth service, and a generous breakfast. There were complimentary activities too, including yoga, Balinese dance classes, pampering services, and more. The free shuttle into Ubud’s center, with a private driver, added even more value. Breakfast impressed me more than any hotel breakfast usually does. We got two complimentary courses and unlimited drinks, from rich coffee to wellness blends. Every sip kept us energized and feeling healthy during the stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well maintained with regular housekeeping. Service was outstanding from everyone, even the trainees, and reception was accommodating and perfect. Wyna, Julia, and Pastika deserve a special mention for making restaurant service so seamless and memorable. We also took the free yoga class, which was amazing and beginner friendly. The instructor was a real professional with 15 years of experience, and was accommodating. Thank you, Ifan, you’re the best.

The new villa we stayed in was peaceful, quiet, and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful nature. Waking up to the fresh air and greenery was something special, and we had a wonderful stay we’d happily repeat. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices. The staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to help with a smile. I also loved the spa, it was so relaxing I could barely stay awake. The morning yoga sessions were a lovely start to the day, energizing and inspiring in a beautiful setting. A great place to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature in comfort. Highly recommended!

The rooms were comfortable and lovely, and the whole team made us feel welcome. The restaurant crew, front desk, and housekeeping were all friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. They even helped us at 10pm in heavy rain. We picked this hotel at random after finding it on Google Maps, and my friends and I were pleasantly surprised. We’d gladly come back with our family and friends, and I’d recommend it if you’re still deciding.

I loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the atmosphere. It was so relaxing. The breakfast was way beyond what I expected, with four main courses for the three of us, two adults and a kid. The room and facilities were fantastic, and all the staff were friendly. Thanks, "Garcia," for such a great experience at The Garcia Ubud. We’ll come stay again someday.

The view made waking up each morning feel special, and breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a great selection. The welcome was just as memorable: from the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with warm smiles and real kindness, and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. The service and atmosphere were lovely, and we had an amazing stay at Hotel Garcia Ubud. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing visit to Ubud.
