Maple Ridge Ubud Villas

Even with frequent rain during our stay, the villa felt like a cozy sanctuary. It was spacious and comfortable, with two powerful air conditioners and a ceiling fan to keep the temperature just right. We loved having morning coffee or a quiet evening on the terrace, looking out at the rice fields. The location also worked beautifully for us, with charming cafes close by and Campuhan Ridge Walk just around the corner. Maple Ridge Ubud Villa offers both privacy and convenience. Kyle was kind and attentive, with thoughtful touches throughout the villa, and the staff were professional, discreet, and friendly, giving us service on a 5-star hotel level. We’ll definitely be back.

The quiet and the views are what made our stay special. We’d open the big windows each morning to a new sky, birds, and the sounds of waking Bali. The villas sit among rice fields at the top of Campuhan Ridge walk, close to the excellent Bamboo Cafe and within easy walking distance of all sorts of Warungs, from resort restaurants to family-run places. We especially liked the cheap Red Rice Warung for its fantastic curries. We could walk in and out of Ubud every day without really dealing with the roads, then cool off in the little pool after the exercise. Vanessa and I had a wonderful time at Maple Ridge. Kyle is rightly proud of the villas, and was a friendly, helpful host who was easy to reach. His partner Maria is lovely, and Anggy, who handled the daily cleaning, is a delightful dynamo. The bed was wonderful, the villas had everything we needed, and we got fresh towels every day. They aren’t the cheapest, but they’re safe, comfortable, beautifully located, and well worth staying in. We loved Maple Ridge Villas, from the well-laid-out villa with all the amenities we needed to the lovely pool and its stunning views. It’s peaceful among the rice fields, but still within walking distance of plenty of good restaurants, coffee places, and spas. We’ll definitely be back.

We spent a week in a quiet, peaceful villa with a superb view over the rice paddy and jungle. The owner is such a pleasant, good-natured person, and the daily cleaning team helped with whatever we needed. The room was bright and very clean, and the furniture, crockery, appliances, and plumbing were all high quality. I’d definitely recommend it. The price matches the quality, and I don’t think you’ll regret choosing it. I’m attaching the lovely view from the villa.
