Ayu was so thoughtful when we weren’t feeling well. She checked on us and offered to find some bland food to help, which really made a difference. Everyone we met was warm, attentive, and caring. Mayaloka Resorts is a peaceful, lush oasis just outside central Ubud, a short way from shops, cafes, and attractions. It was a quiet place to unwind after exploring. We had a wonderful stay with exceptional service and would definitely return.

We arrived without a booking after an error with another hotel, and the staff welcomed us warmly and really went out of their way to help. The villas are beautiful, and both breakfast and the complimentary dinner were lovely. Great place!

The leafy bamboo-lined path from the street and the central courtyard leading to the villa are lovely parts of the experience. The villas and private pools are beautifully designed and landscaped, with most looking out onto rainforest jungle. We just checked out after four peaceful nights at this group of villas, only minutes from central Ubud. Ayu and the rest of the team made us feel very welcome.

Indra was a big help, and the staff gave us excellent service from the day we arrived. Breakfast comes to the room and was delicious, with plenty of choices. If you ask for something specific, they’re happy to help, and they can also assist with tours, trips, or whatever you’d like to do during your stay. The room is beautiful, and the location is good, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre.

We spent two nights here on our honeymoon and had a really nice stay. Ayu was the first person we met, and she made us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff were great, and whenever we asked for something, they took care of it. The villa’s location is amazing for convenience, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
