The pool and terrace look out over lush green fields, and the staff were all really friendly. The bungalows are simple, but that's all you need when the location is this close to town. It's within walking distance of everything Ubud has to offer without the hustle and bustle. You can also rent mopeds for a very reasonable price. We only stayed a few days, but would've happily stayed longer. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were dirty and the service was terrible. They didn't answer emails or pick up the phone, and they couldn't find our booking. There were stains all over the pillowcases, sheets, curtains, walls, and toilets. We got in so late that we had to stay one night, then left as quickly as we could the next day and showered somewhere else. The cheap price isn't worth sleeping on dirty sheets.

I'm disappointed. First, I had to show them the online price before they dropped it to 600k for three nights. Then we asked for a cheap way to get to the Gili island, and it ended up costing 350 for one person. We paid 500 for one person for two-way tickets, with a taxi to the harbor included. I don't like hotels or hostels trying to rip you off. I'd rather leave that to the street sellers. That's 53 Euro extra for the same service, almost 50% more. The rest of the hotel seems fine.

I paid for a Super delux room when I booked, which turned out to be a big mistake. The night we arrived, they sent us to another hotel in a village 15-18 KM away. We spent about one night there before the manager picked us up and brought us back to the original hotel. Manager Juli couldn't get a room ready for us, so we left our things outside and went sightseeing. Our luggage stayed out all day even though we'd paid for the day and night. When we returned, they gave us a room with two single beds instead of a double. There were insects, no jet in the toilet, a broken sink, a dirty almirah, and a terrible TV that was better left off. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never book here or you'll suffer. I took some photos, but don't have them with me right now. I'll post them soon.
