The hosts were super friendly and helpful. They tidied the patio and took the trash out every day, which I really appreciated. There's a shared kitchen with basic cookware and utensils, plus drinking water, salt, and dish detergent. The place is quiet and surrounded by nature, but still close to the center and Yoga Barn, around a 10-minute Grab ride to the center and 5 minutes to Yoga Barn. The room was clean and comfortable, though ants or tiny bugs might show up, which makes sense with the natural surroundings. There are two adorable dogs and two cats. The dogs may bark when you arrive, but they're just being friendly, and the cats like to play, even with your shoes! 🤣 A lovely stay with local vibes and warm hospitality.

The rooms had everything we needed, and they were clean and comfortable. We were close to central Ubud but tucked far enough away for some peace and quiet. There’s also a shared kitchen stocked with drinking water, plates, bowls, cups and other basics. Ketut and her family made the stay stand out. They were happy to help with anything, from scooter arrangements and warung tips to affordable private transport. Their kindness made our time in Ubud and the rest of Bali even better. One of the friendliest families we’ve met on our travels. Highly recommend.

We spent a month here and felt at home. The family made our time in Ubud extra special, helping whenever we needed it and cooking some delicious meals. The accommodation is very well cared for, too. They cleaned the outside area every morning, and during our longer stay they regularly cleaned the room and changed the sheets and towels. Great value if you want somewhere that feels homely. And the WiFi worked perfectly.

I slept better here than anywhere else in Bali. It’s on a quiet street, and the rooms sit farther back, so there’s hardly any noise. The bed and pillows are really comfortable, and the room has a fan or air-conditioning machine. Ketut, who runs the homestay, was lovely. She even offered me fresh aloe vera from her garden for my sunburn. I enjoyed the morning walks to quiet cafes and restaurants by the rice fields, about 20-30 minutes away. Yoga Barn is only a 10-minute walk. I could easily have stayed longer. Thank you!
