A nice place to meet other travelers, with a lovely little pool and hostel design. The WiFi was good, and the staff were friendly. When we talked about laundry and motorbikes, though, they weren’t willing to compromise on the cost. Breakfast isn’t included, and laundry is pricey compared with other local laundries.

I like that Friendly House Bali sits outside central Ubud. With a scooter, it’s only about a four-minute ride to the center. The place is amazing, with comfortable beds, lovely colors and decor, and a good layout. It was cleaner than most three-star hotels I’ve stayed in, and the staff were amazingly friendly. I’d recommend it to travelers, families, or anyone passing through. Thank you!

The people here are so nice, and the place is the cutest and cleanest. I loved the decor and all the little touches. It’s a bit out of town, but as a backpacker I appreciated having some peace and quiet.

The staff were amazing, and the place felt very clean with a wonderful atmosphere. It’s a little outside town, but just a few minutes by motorbike to the center. Nice to have some distance from the hustle and bustle. I’d highly recommend it.

Dayu is an angel. Whenever we ran into a problem, she helped us, and her beautiful smile and positive attitude always made our day. She’s professional, and FHB is lucky to have her. We love staying at FHB. The staff are the best anywhere we’ve stayed in Bali, so friendly, helpful and supportive. We’d definitely come back again and again ❤
