There’s lots of greenery, a pool, privacy, and a convenient location, and we had a very pleasant stay. The shower was clean, with hot water, and the sheets and towels were clean too. When we first entered, the room smelled a bit musty and of cleaning products, though the bathroom itself had no smell. It faded later, maybe because the room hadn’t been aired out for a while. There’s also a temple on the property where the homestay’s kids pray, which gives the place a peaceful feel.

Really lovely people and a fantastic place. I stayed for a week and everything was perfect. Give it a try, I’d recommend it to anyone.

We spent five nights here and were happy with the light cleaning and bed-making. They only changed my towel when I asked, which suited us fine. The hut-style bedroom is large, water pressure is good, and there’s a small pool. Breakfast each morning came with fruit, a nice touch. It’s around a 10-minute walk from the centre, on a pleasant street with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops. And the two big tortoises on the grounds are so cute. A spectacular homestay with lovely service.

I’d booked and paid online, but they canceled my reservation and then tried to charge me more when I arrived. When I wouldn’t pay the higher price, they treated me like I was trespassing and kept telling me to pay or leave. I was treated horribly, got scammed, and ended up out on the street. Do not book.
