The room was filthy, with gecko droppings everywhere. We booked through Booking and paid, but were then told that amount wasn’t enough and we had to pay much more. We lost the money for all six nights. We’d chosen this place to spend Christmas during a long trip, and it ended up being the saddest Christmas we’ve ever had. We were cheated.
