Prema Uja Villas By Zuzu

I’m changing my rating to 1 star because of the management’s response to my review. They said they couldn’t find my name in their records, suggesting I hadn’t stayed there, even though I’d already provided clear proof of payment and booking confirmation. That was especially frustrating since the check-in issue itself involved the property using two different booking agents. Dismissing a guest instead of addressing honest feedback professionally showed poor communication and a lack of accountability, and it changed my impression of the place significantly. We stayed one night at Prema Uja Villas, Ubud. There was a small mix-up between booking agents when we arrived, but they let us check in, which we appreciated. The room was around 3/5 for cleanliness, with several dusty spots. The bathroom was average, neither dirty nor especially clean. The pool was generally clean, though there was debris at the bottom. The location is a bit far in but reasonable for a Ubud villa, and parking was useful. We ordered dinner from the property, but it seemed to come from outside. It arrived very cold and tasted bad, 1/5. The next morning’s floating breakfast for two was cold and very bland too. For the price, that was disappointing, though I appreciate the staff’s effort. The facilities are decent and it’s an affordable, fairly good value if you’re mainly after the property itself rather than the food. I originally gave it 4 stars because, despite those shortcomings, the stay was acceptable.
