Purnama House

We’ve just finished our first month in Ubud, and this is our third guesthouse. Of all the places we’ve tried, including ones with much higher ratings, this has been the most enjoyable and satisfying. It’s right near everything, but we didn’t have noise problems. We’re light sleepers, yet the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. The staff were friendly, professional, polite, and extremely clean, and they cleaned our room spotlessly every day. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. For work or socializing, there’s a rooftop at the hostel next door, with unlimited free tea and coffee. We also tried the laundry service and were very happy with it. Clothes usually came back the next day, sometimes two days later, which is normal. They were clean, packaged, ironed, and folded. Nothing disappointed us, and they delivered more than we expected for the price. We’d recommend it if you want somewhere affordable, clean, and comfortable to explore from. Thanks for everything!

Right in the center of Ubud, but still a really nice, quiet place. The owner is especially kind. She even let me leave my bike there without staying at her place. Highly recommend if you’re in Ubud.

Jero and the staff made me feel welcome and at home, and I loved the delicious breakfast. Purnama House is a beautiful property in the perfect spot in Ubud. My stay was amazing, and I highly recommend it.

A lovely atmosphere and great service. Several members of an extended family share this space, so you can get a sense of the culture and traditions, especially if your visit happens to coincide with ceremonies or festivals. If you respect and appreciate Balinese culture and traditions, staying with one of the families here can be a great experience. Ram🙏
