Wayan Family II Homestay

The location is perfect, and breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful, attentive, and always willing to help. The room is what you'd expect for the price, though I did miss having a fridge. A solid choice if you're traveling on a budget.

After months of traveling, this was the best place we'd stayed. The family are genuinely kind and very welcoming. It's in a quiet area in the city center, surrounded by temples. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on the balcony in our upper-floor room. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Made and Ayu were generous, gracious hosts, and I really appreciated the daily housekeeping. They take great care of the property. Coffee, tea, and hot water were always available, and Ayu kindly made and served a simple, delicious breakfast each morning. My room was bright and airy, and above all, very clean. I stayed three nights, then was happy to add another four. Please support them!

We stayed five nights and loved this simple, clean homestay right in the heart of Ubud. Most yoga studios, the Monkey forest, a large supermarket, and lots of small shops are within a 5 to 20 minute walk. The host is lovely and really looked after us. The room was a great deal at 180k IDR a night. Breakfast, pancakes and fruit, is 20k. The wifi was slow and unstable, like everywhere in Bali.
