From the moment we arrived at Sabana Ubud, we were thoroughly looked after. The cheerful, capable and helpful 23-hour front desk team got us checked in promptly. The rooms are gorgeously tasteful and really comfortable, and breakfast was beyond decadent. We also loved the dependable electric shuttle around central Ubud, which fits the hotel's eco-friendly approach. Loved it!

The breakfast was the standout for me, served as a course menu and absolutely delicious. I came down with Bali belly during my stay, and the staff kindly arranged for a doctor to come to my room so I didn't have to go out for medical help. The place is right in central Ubud, but the atmosphere is still relaxing and accommodating. Staff greeted me kindly as soon as I arrived, and my room was clean and cozy, with insect netting around the bed. One morning-shift staff member was especially professional and kind. I didn't catch her name, but thank you 🙏🌸

Kak Nana, thank you. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and always ready to help, which made the stay really satisfying. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern but cozy feel, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had loads of tasty choices, from local dishes to Western food. If you're after a really comfortable hotel stay, I'd recommend this one.

I felt like the team really cared about me, and the service was the best I've ever experienced. The food was very good too. Everything about this hotel was good, and I was so sad to leave. It felt like a perfect oasis from overwhelming Ubud. I'll come back. Huge thanks to the whole team!!!! 😍

The staff made me feel so good here, with a level of kindness I'd never experienced before. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was excellent. We also had delicious dinners at very reasonable prices. I'd definitely come back, especially because of how good I felt here. Tarima kasih 🩶
