We loved the scooter rides to and from Ubud, and the team could help with those until around 9pm, as well as tours, transport and massages. Mita, Desak, Moora, Made, Wayan and Komang were wonderful. They also made us a delicious three-course meal in the villa and a lovely breakfast each day. We stayed at Santana, a three-bedroom villa with three ensuites, in early September 25. It was bright and beautifully furnished, with a large private pool set among a peaceful garden and lovely rice field views. Getting into town was a serene 15-minute walk along Kajeng Rice Fields Walk, past warungs and local shops, away from the traffic jams. Arriving by scooter was such good fun. We'd definitely love to come back.

The pool was fantastic, and our villa was spacious with a good layout. We were well looked after by Wayan, Desak, Mita and the rest of the team, who responded quickly whenever we needed something. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Satori Villas sits among the rice fields, a little away from Ubud's hustle and bustle, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were wonderful, spoke good English and were happy to help with anything. Even though the busy city centre is close, the villa felt like a quiet retreat among the rice fields. It had a lovely indoor kitchen and a pool, with a beautiful view over the fields. I felt like a queen staying here and would highly recommend it.

We left feeling refreshed and are already thinking about coming back. The in-villa massage was a great idea, my wife thoroughly enjoyed hers. Satori Village is set among Ubud's lush rice fields, but it's still a short walk or scooter ride from the centre. Our villa was spacious and immaculate, designed with natural materials and wide views of the greenery. We loved waking to the sounds of nature and having a traditional Balinese breakfast on the patio each morning. The people made the stay especially lovely. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, arranging transport and suggesting hidden gems around Ubud. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. For us, this was one of our most unforgettable travel experiences. If you're looking for peace, beauty and Balinese hospitality, this place is a wonderful fit.

We stayed in Satori Banana Villa, which was quiet and peaceful, and just a 10-15 minute stroll from the heart of Ubud. The staff were also happy to take us out on their scooters and pick us up again, which was awesome. What a beautiful place, definitely the highlight of our recent Bali trip. Thanks to Satori Villa’s, especially Wayan, Ketu and Putu, for a stay we'll never forget.
