The buffet breakfast is all you can eat for 75k IDR, which is rare in Bali and good value. Still, several people, me included, got sick after eating there, probably from the bacon, as the cold chain didn’t seem to have been respected. The hotel also has an ATM and water cooler, handy for everyday use. Most staff are friendly and helpful, though reception did the bare minimum. Sri Aksata is right in central Ubud, but the rice field views make it wonderfully quiet. The grounds are spacious, with two lovely pools and a large parking lot. Shops and other places are within walking distance, and the price is excellent for the location. A peaceful, convenient stay with a local feel. I recommend it 👍

I’m sorry to say that serious medical issues mean I can’t go ahead with my upcoming stay at your property in Ubud. My health has suddenly worsened, and my doctor has strictly told me not to travel because my immune system is extremely weak and a trip would put my health at significant risk. I’m currently receiving IV treatment. I know the reservation was non-refundable, but this situation was unexpected, unavoidable, and is medically documented, so I respectfully ask if you could issue a full refund. I can provide medical records if needed. I hope to visit Bali and stay with you when my health allows. Thank you for considering my request.

The property is large, with two gorgeous pools and even a rice field in the middle of the grounds. It felt calm and peaceful there. My room at Siri Aksata in Ubud was spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. Service was excellent, breakfast delicious, and shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. I loved the stay, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy Ubud. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Ubud!

There’s an ATM right by the entrance, and the city action is an enjoyable 15-minute walk away. Sri Aksata also has several pools, Yoga, and Spa. The service was fantastic, and I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Ubud 🙏🏼🛕🧘🏽♂️🐒

The staff were generally good, and the breakfast was limited but okay. The checkout was a very unpleasant experience, though. I’d paid for each bottle of water as I used it, but they charged me for all of them again when I left. I showed the charges on my bank statement and explained that I’d already paid, but they wouldn’t accept that. I strongly recommend keeping every paper receipt for purchases here, as it seems you could be charged twice.
