The owner and his family went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Their recommendations were great, and they made our vacation memorable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with traditional Balinese charm alongside modern comforts. The setting felt serene, while still being close enough to explore Bali’s culture and landscapes. My stay at Tara House homestay was incredible, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. I’d love to come back on my next trip to Bali!

The host’s kindness, care, and thoughtfulness made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was just right, close enough to walk easily to the main street, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet without disturbance. Suksma🙏❤️

I felt completely worn out after the long flight, but the owner greeted me with such a warm smile that I relaxed straight away. Breakfast was delicious and brought to my terrace every day. The place is quiet and super clean, and I’d happily stay for many nights. Such a relief. Thank you!

That little porch outside my clean, cozy room was a lovely place to retreat to, though the family at Tara House were just as welcoming when I felt like chatting. The street is quiet, has plenty of places to eat, and is nice for an evening walk, while the center is still easy to reach on foot. Breakfast is included, with a few options, and there’s hot and cold drinking water too, so it felt like great value. I felt the same calm that other guests I met described. A peaceful stay in a traditional Balinese family home, right in the heart of Ubud. Thank you, Made, Made Dan and family, for your kindness and hospitality.
