Uma Sari Cottage

The hotel is close to the main street, Water Palace, Ubud Palace, and the start of the Campuhan Ridge Walk. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and we could walk to many places. It’s less busy than the main street, though music from a nearby bar played until 11 pm each night. Some evenings it was nice to hear, but other nights it sounded like karaoke and wore us out. Our room was spacious and clean, with the facilities we needed, including a kettle and fridge. The air conditioning worked well, and the plant decorations were beautiful. The shower had hot water and good pressure, except one evening. Breakfast was delicious, and they prepared a box breakfast for our early tour departures. The staff were very nice and helpful. They work with a driver, Agung, who was great. We did all our private tours with him. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed four nights because we wanted to see Ubud city centre. The hotel is near the famous Puri Saraswati Temple. Laundry was affordable, and while breakfast was simple, the food was yummy. I’d recommend it to budget travelers, especially couples or older people.

The property has a beautiful view, and the pool was clear, clean, and well looked after. It’s in a peaceful spot close to the main attractions, with a relaxing atmosphere that felt good for families. At Uma Sari Cottage, the rooms were spacious, very clean, well maintained, and had excellent ventilation. One of the best stays I’ve had in Ubud. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable visit.
