Umaya Ubud Villa

Gusti and everyone on his team are incredibly kind and caring. I stayed here once ten years ago and came back recently, and Gusti still remembered me. The location is perfect, and the staff are always ready to help with anything. Thanks so much, I’ll be back again!

We booked three nights at a Umaya villa, and it turned out even better than we expected. The owner was generous and very helpful, and our room was spotless. The bathroom was stunning and felt luxurious, while the clean pool was a great place to unwind. It’s a peaceful spot for a visit to Ubud. Thanks again, we’d love to return!

The villas are close together, so we could hear the neighbors talking, and our towels were nearly torn and due for replacement. There was also no hot water because the heater wasn’t working with the low voltage. On the plus side, the food was really good and the price felt fair. The staff were supportive and helpful. It’s near Monkey Forest and only a few minutes by car from Ubud Art Market. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast on the villa terrace was one of our favorite memories from Bali. It was delicious, and the nightly price was more than fair. Our villa had a pool, plenty of greenery, and, although it seemed a little old, it was very well maintained. There are lots of places to eat just a short walk away, and Monkey Forest Sanctuary is around the corner. The owners were kind and helpful, including when they parked our car quickly and safely despite the small parking area. One small issue was that the water heater was off when we arrived. After turning it on, we waited over an hour for a hot shower, so it would help if it were switched on before guests arrive. Otherwise, our stay at Umaya villa Ubud was impeccable.
