I was arriving in Bali, and this was a comfortable place to stay. It’s in a quiet spot surrounded by greenery, close to central Ubud, and the Wi-Fi was good for working. Breakfast was included, a nice way to start the day. If I can, I’ll come back before flying home.

We had an upstairs room with a fantastic view over the rooftops and trees. Our host Ari went out of his way to help and made us cute breakfasts every day. There’s a private bathroom with a hot shower. Bring your own soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, and rubbish bag.

The location was good, and the bathroom was roomy. I only stayed one night; the room was fairly clean. There’s no air conditioning or toiletries, so bring your own.

As a domestic traveler, I had a nice stay at Utari House. The room was comfortable and had hot water. Finding the place was a little confusing at first.

A cozy little place with helpful staff, and a real find for the price.
