Please watch out for an agent named Galih Surya Rizky, who claimed to represent your Villa. He and a woman named Putu Dianika Putri first requested a 50% deposit as the booking fee, then suddenly said full payment was needed to issue the Voucher. When I asked for a refund, they blocked me on Whatsapp.

The view over the rice fields is fantastic. This is one of the best villas I’ve ever visited.

There are dozens, maybe even hundreds, of holes in the living room wall facing the neighboring property. I live nearby and have a child, and we can hear every word spoken inside. The management company patched some of them, but it didn’t help. The noise disrupts my child’s sleep and rest at all hours. It comes from guests partying or gathering late at night, and also from cleaning staff who often play loud music, sing, and shout while working. I’ve contacted management several times, but they won’t properly address it. Guests should know there’s no sound privacy here. People outside can hear you, and you can hear everything from outside.
