Wana Bucu Villas by GenuineHost

The small pool area has a charming, cozy feel, romantic and peaceful. But we felt the villas were priced far too high. Our first impression on entering was poor because the bedding wasn’t clean enough. Staff changed the linens promptly after we pointed it out, but for more than $400 per night I expect much better. The overall cleanliness and comfort need considerable improvement.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I found the villa really relaxing. The staff were great, and the stay went beyond what I expected. Highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved having our own quiet space and private pool, even though the villas are right in central Ubud. We could walk everywhere. The room felt beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were kind and helpful. My husband and I spent four nights here for our honeymoon, and it was an incredible stay.

The hotel looks beautiful, from the lobby through to the rooms, and the staff were easily the best service we had in Bali. They were friendly and helpful, and their English was good, so communication was easy. The four bottles of water left in the room each day came in handy. Getting up the steep path to the rooms was a bit of exercise, which gave us more reason to eat. Since the rooms aren't fully closed off from outdoors, ants got in, and I couldn't leave food out, though we usually ate out anyway. I also think the pools could do with a little more cleaning.
