The sheets clearly hadn't been changed, my bed had human hair all over it. 🤢 And despite specifically requesting hot water on Traveloka, I only got cold water. I've stayed here three times, and this is not okay. 🥶😡

My wife and I have been coming back since October 2019 and have tried three room types. The staff are helpful and friendly. We usually get hot water without trouble, and when there has been an occasional issue, a WhatsApp message was enough to get it fixed right away. Free Wi-Fi is generally pretty good, sometimes excellent. Our favorite is executive S4, at Rp 200,000 per night. The back terrace looks straight onto the fish pond and gives us plenty of privacy. The rooms we've stayed in have all been clean, orderly, and well equipped. Drinks and simple food can be ordered on WhatsApp from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; delivery usually takes 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the queue. TV reception varies from poor to decent, never perfect. RCTI sometimes doesn't come in, which has occasionally been disappointing. One tip: avoid executive S2. It has no extra power outlet for charging a phone, and its position feels like a prison, with no view of anything, including the pond.
