艾里日惹卡塔姆梭布利简莫刚桑酒店(Airy Mergangsan Brigjen Katamso Yogyakarta)

I was charged twice for one night in one room. I explained that the duplicate bookings were caused by technical issues and asked for a refund. I hadn’t stayed in the two rooms, so charging twice for one room made no sense, but they wouldn’t accept my explanation. I ended up paying them twice.

The staff at Tasneem Hotel and Convention Yogyakarta were professional and welcoming, which helped make the stay comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, including a pool, restaurant, and multipurpose hall, and the calm atmosphere suited families and solo travelers alike. Its central location made it convenient to reach Yogyakarta’s main attractions and explore the city’s culture. I’d recommend it as a place to stay for a holiday in Yogyakarta.

A nice room, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

We came here for a school staff gathering. The parking area is spacious enough for cars and buses, which works well for large groups. It’s easy to find in the city, and families with children should appreciate the large, safe garden and cozy restaurant.
