The banqueting team ran an impressive operation, and everything at our wedding was arranged right down to the smallest details. Our fussy guests enjoyed the food so much that some asked for seconds, and our guests are still talking about how fantastic the day was. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we were treated so well throughout the whole planning process at Hotel Kilmore. From booking and ideas to the tasting and the wedding itself, no question felt silly and no request seemed too much. The support felt personal, and we never felt like just a number. We arrived the night before, and hearing, “We'll take care of it,” made all the stress disappear. It was such a relief to know we could trust the team. Cora and Grace from the wedding team patiently answered every question. Paul, the hotel manager, personally oversaw the day and made sure everything was as we hoped. Leanne and Victoria ran the event so professionally, with such kindness and reassurance. It's the people who make the Kilmore shine. Getting married at Hotel Kilmore was the best decision; the genuine care made our day wonderful, and we wish we could do it all again. Five-star treatment, truly. Sarah & Paul x

The coffee machine made lovely coffee, though breakfast itself was only OK and nothing special. I was happy with my two-night business stay: the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The first night, our room had an unpleasant smell from a plumbing problem. The staff were incredibly helpful and moved us to another room straight away. The food was absolutely amazing, and it's a beautiful hotel. We'll definitely be back for future family functions. 100% recommend.

We were lucky to be invited to a wedding celebration at this lovely hotel. The event was fantastic, thanks to the staff, venue, wedding planners and families. The grounds and interior are lovely, the food was really good, and drinks arrived quickly at fair prices. Highly recommended.

Our September wedding at Hotel Kilmore went off without a hitch. The setup looked beautiful, the staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. Afterwards, so many people messaged to say the quality and portions were impressive, unlike typical wedding food. Guests who stayed over also had good things to say about the clean, comfortable rooms and hearty breakfast. From the start, the wedding and Reservations Team replied quickly and every interaction was positive. Nobody pressured us or tried a hard sell; the staff were confident, warm and welcoming. I'd have no hesitation recommending Hotel Kilmore to anyone planning a wedding.
