Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and great staff.

I went in for breakfast this morning. I'd been before and was disappointed, but heard there was new management and decided to give it another try. The young woman was very polite, and there were about thirty people in the restaurant. The lady gave us a menu while also running around and covering the bar. The place is absolutely lovely, but short on staff and customer service. We waited twenty minutes without anyone taking our order, then walked out. It was a letdown. At Hard Boiled Egg, we were greeted quickly, our order was taken and the food came fast. Management needs to organise staffing to cover all the areas, or they'll lose custom. I have been back twice in the last few months and there has been a big improvement. The service and food were both very good, so I might try breakfast again one of these days.

The staff were friendly, polite and wonderful, and the place was beautifully decorated for Valentine's Day. We had dinner from a set menu with a great selection, and it was extremely good value. The food was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully, with lots of extra little touches throughout the evening. The Hatch is really well run by great people. Highly recommend it.
