Lakeland House

There was plenty going on around the site, and the glamping tents were kept in good shape. It's good value, and the tall trees and hedges around Lakeland House really stood out compared with other parks I've visited. On arrival, the staff treated us very well. Our dorm was basic but clean, with comfortable beds. There's a small playground, and the well-equipped kitchen appliances were easy to use. Campers were everywhere, so they offer something for everyone. We met people from many countries while we were there. I'd recommend a visit. Thanks.

Cong village is gorgeous to explore, and it's very close by. The accommodation and facilities were spotless, and the staff were such friendly characters. A lovely place to stay, and I highly recommend it. :-)

Everything you might need is on site, with room to camp, park a camper, or sleep in a bunk. It's a short distance from Cong, beside the grounds of Ashford Castle and near both boat departure spots for trips. The owners are absolute gems, really down to earth. Such a cool place, and thanks for a fab weekend. We'll be back.

The owners were welcoming and did whatever they could to help, which made for a very good stay. Cong is picturesque, has plenty of restaurants and shops, and there are great walks and cycle routes around the area. We spent two nights glamping. The tent had a decent amount of space, power points, and very comfortable beds. It poured both nights, but the tent stayed completely dry. The playground is good enough to keep kids busy, though not huge. The games room could use some work. The shared showers and bathrooms are small but clean and well looked after, so bring plenty of towels. The kitchen and dining room for glamping and house guests are excellent, with lots of space, very clean, and plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. The campers' kitchen is quite a bit smaller, but fine once you find a spot. Highly recommend.
