We were in one of the two-bedroom apartments for just one night, and the rooms were much bigger and nicer than I expected. Everything felt comfortable, though we didn't try the TV, washer, stove, or dishwasher. We skipped breakfast but had dinner at the restaurant. The food was okay and the staff were very nice. The bathroom had body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. The airport shuttle was easy to use and on time. I'd stay again.

Tomas was an outstanding waiter, professional, friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything was right. His service was the best I've ever experienced, and his positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. At Metro Hotel & Apartments Dublin Airport, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was especially handy for anyone using Dublin Airport, and the service throughout was excellent. I'd highly recommend the hotel and would stay again. Thanks to Tomas and the whole team for a great experience.

The staff's care stood out most. While we were away, we rang because we needed someone to check our car, and they went out of their way to contact us and take care of it. We parked underground for €12 a day, used the courtesy bus to and from the airport, and stayed overnight for €241 altogether. We first found the place while looking for somewhere to leave the car for our holiday. The bus made getting to departures easy, and on our return the collection at park 16 for coaches was just as simple. After a late flight we stayed at the hotel, and were upgraded to an apartment with a choice of bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, loads of space, and great airport views. The hotel is comfortable and has everything you'd need. We had lunch the next day in the comfortable bar and restaurant, with a great selection of really nice food. A lovely way to end a relaxing holiday. I'd definitely recommend staying and using the facilities.

My trip back to the States was delayed by a storm, so I spent two nights in Dublin and chose Metro Hotel Dublin for its location and reviews. The shuttle picked me up, and things looked promising at first. Then I got to the room and couldn't get any lights or outlets to work. I finally spotted the key card slot behind the door. I understand the energy-saving idea, but nobody explained it at check-in, and the slot was so hard to find in the dark that I had to use my phone's flashlight to insert the card. The bed was another problem. I booked a Double Room described as having a queen bed, and the photos showed one too. In reality, it was two single mattresses pushed together. That might be fine, except they were different ages, so when I rolled over I sank down and had trouble sleeping. Calling that a queen bed is deceptive. With other options in the area, I doubt I'd choose this hotel again. It looks good on the surface, but had some sloppy issues.
