From 2017 to 2021, we lived there, and I was always grateful to have had that home. It was a beautiful place with a lovely setting, and everyone on the concierge team was kind and helpful. It was a great spot near seapoint, the shopping centre, parks, tennis courts, and bike paths. Those were the best years of our lives in Dublin. I wish I could return to them, especially because she was by my side then. Now she's my star.

This complex makes day-to-day living feel comfortable and convenient. Its apartments come in different sizes and styles, and each building is named after a precious jewel. Inside, the homes are carefully furnished with quality pieces and the essentials for a comfortable life. There are landscaped gardens and play areas for children, as well as plenty of parking. Residents can use the sports club, and there are study rooms for students or anyone working remotely. With elegant apartments and a broad range of services, it offers a pleasant, well-rounded place to live.

Peaceful, quiet place to live, with lovely neighbors and a playground for children.

The area feels safe and is nicely landscaped, and the playgrounds are fantastic. Public transport is handy too: the Luas is a short walk away, and buses on the N11 run right beside the development. Apartments are in high demand, so finding one can be tough. I've recently moved into the West residence, facing Brewery Road. It's a lovely development with modern, A energy rated apartments, a remote working facility, and a gym. There is a clear difference between the two parts of the site. The East residence opened around 2008-2010; those yellow blocks are starting to show their age. The newer grey and white buildings are called the West residence and have a separate underground car park and concierge service.

Good quality apartments, though they're expensive, like most places in Dublin. I just wish they had proper rolling shutters. I miss being able to make the room completely dark.
