We stayed in May 2019, and the room was fine for my wife and me. Breakfast was very filling, and the owners were friendly. It's on a main road, within walking distance of downtown, and handy for getting to the motorways toward the Cliffs of Moher and other sights. I'd recommend it and would stay again if we return to Ennis.

We paid €100, which felt ridiculous for the experience. During payment, the card machine seemed to have a connection problem, and the woman asked us to go to a bank ATM and pay in cash. That's unacceptable. She said she'd been operating this way, rudely, for 20 years. Her husband and son seemed decent and tried to cover for her behaviour. I feel sorry for them having to put up with her every day. I left feeling like I was out of a jail. She needs to google what customer service means and see a psychiatrist to control her anger. We travelled around Ireland for two weeks and stayed in six other places. This was poor compared with all of them. The heating wasn't working properly, and after asking several times, we had to sleep in a cold room. We were awake most of the night and couldn't get up early, so we missed breakfast. Before booking, we called to request an 11pm late check-in and a 12pm checkout, and the times were confirmed. The lady kept insisting checkout was at 11am, and shut off the internet then even though we'd asked to use it for another ten minutes. We left by 11:05am. We're from Canada and travel around the world, and didn't expect customer service this poor or behaviour this rude in Ireland. My warning to other travellers is to stay away.

The rooms are very nice, and the hosts couldn't be more gracious. The gentleman even helped me change a flat on my rental car. I'd tell anyone to stay here, it would be well worth it.

A warm, welcoming and friendly bed and breakfast, conveniently located for Shannon Airport and the quaint town of Ennis. The food was superb, and it was very comfortable. Well worth a visit.
