Larry made us feel especially welcome, and the rooms had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location worked out perfectly and the price was great too. Highly recommend!

The place looked very old fashioned, as if it hadn't been decorated in more than 20 years. There was a strong mould smell as soon as you walked in.

The city centre was an easy walk away, and the customer service was fantastic. Our bedroom was warm, clean, quiet, and comfortable enough, and breakfast was good. The house has a charming, lived-in feel, and our host was extremely welcoming. I’ve seen comments about it needing paint, but this B&B is good value for money, in my view. We had a wonderful two-night stay.

Our room had a double bed and a single, plus clean, comfortable beds, blankets, night lights, and a tea and coffee maker. The shower had a good hot stream between 7am and 10pm. There’s no icebox or bathroom amenities. From the window we had a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean, and the side entrance leads toward Salthill beach on one side and the city centre on the other. The place is beside Salthill, which is walkable, and there’s free parking on site. Larry is a charming, friendly elderly host, and his tasty, filling breakfast and meals were a treat. The quaint, clean dining room is full of family memories and travel artifacts. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay.

The room was dated, but clean, cosy, and felt safe. The owner was older, friendly, and laid back, and I slept well and enjoyed breakfast. At that low price I wasn't expecting five-star accommodation, and I'd stay again.
