Tony, Ita, and the whole family made us feel safe and welcome. The front door was unlocked only for part of the day, and after 8pm we needed our key to get in. They were kind, gave us ideas for things to do, helped us find our way around Galway, and cooked a delicious breakfast every morning. Our room was cosy and stayed warm on chilly nights, with an updated en suite bathroom. It was about an 8 minute uber from Galway and easy to reach from the highway. We’d happily stay there again.

We loved the breakfast, with fresh bread, fruit, and lots of good options, and our hosts were kind, gracious, and helpful. St. Judes is well placed for walking to the Latin Quarter, and Salthill’s dining, pubs, and shops are close too. The room was spotless, with lovely high end furnishings and linens that were really comfortable. The bathroom was updated and had a great shower. I’d gladly stay here again in Galway, and highly recommend it.

This family-run traditional Irish B&B had a really cosy feel. It’s in a great spot, with Salt Hill and Galway City both close by.

The owners were so nice, and the house itself is gorgeous. Our spotless room had a king size bed and its own bathroom, and we had no complaints at all. We’d stayed at a hotel on the west side of Ireland for about the same price, and there was no comparison. Just perfect.
