Mystical Rose

Roisin and David were so sweet and welcoming. They gave me a quick introduction to Killarney and suggested a few places for my itinerary. Mystical Rose felt central for everything I wanted to see, with about a 15-minute walk to the main area and roughly a 15-minute drive to Muckross/Torc Waterfall. The room was just what I wanted, spacious but cozy, with a comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, too. Their breakfasts were delicious and really filling. You can choose from the menu and customize it for dietary restrictions. Everything I tried was lovely, and I'm still thinking about the porridge. I'd recommend Mystical Rose to anyone!

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast choices were much better than what you'd get in any hotel. We were warmly welcomed and had a great stay. Róisin is such a friendly, caring host.

Mystical Rose is an easy walk from Killarney, with plenty to see nearby and farther afield. We followed Róisín's advice for our trips out and enjoyed the gorgeous scenery. She was a wonderful host, and this was our favourite stay on our trip around Ireland. We spent three nights there in June. The breakfast choices were lovely, and as someone with Coeliac disease, I appreciated that Róisín understood my need for gluten-free options. Thank you. We needed extra beds and space, so we booked the cottage at Mystical Rose B&B. It was all extremely clean and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful stay.
