We had a lovely stay, and the bedroom was comfortable and well equipped. Our host was wonderful too, sharing advice about the Ring of Kerry and nearby restaurants.

Damien made our horse-drawn carriage ride a highlight of the trip from the U.S. He was so kind and knew a lot. The ride itself was perfect. Thank you so much, Mr. Damien. I'd absolutely say to book with him.

Everyone in the family was wonderful and incredibly helpful. I learned so much local history from them. Damion runs an AMAZING carriage business right on the property. You HAVE to check them out. I can't recommend them enough!!!

Breakfast was divine, with a huge range to choose from, and the lounge was a lovely place to relax with tea or coffee. My room at Shepherd's Lodge B&B was spacious and comfortable, and everything was very clean. The welcome was friendly, and it was great value for money. Glen Eagle is just a two-minute walk away. I'd recommend this B&B to anyone planning a trip to Killarney.

I only stayed one night and didn't eat at the lodge, so I can't comment on the food. The room at Shepherds Lodge was great and clean, and the bathroom had everything we needed. You can opt for a full breakfast if you want one. The town centre might be walkable, though we didn't try it.
