Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links

We booked our regular stay at the Portmarnock Hotel to celebrate my father's 93rd birthday. There were 17 adults and one child in our family group on Friday 12th Dec, and the check-in was friendly, smooth and efficient. Our spotless, comfortable rooms had great Seaview. We had our meal in the Jameson bar, and the quality impressed us, especially given the size of the group. Sophia looked after us brilliantly, and the bar service was second to none. We can't wait to return.

Everyone was talking about the food, and there were lovely choices for everyone. The room looked beautiful once the tables, already laid and dressed by the staff, were ready for our guests. We decorated it ourselves for our daughter's confirmation celebration, and there was loads of space. From the day we booked, the whole process was easy and seamless. The staff were professional, kind and always ready to help. Dearbhla, Evan, Esme, the two lounge boys and Matthew at Reception all made it a pleasure to deal with them. Thanks for making her day so memorable. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone I know.

The food was delicious at both meals. Breakfast had a huge selection, all fresh and high quality, and dinner was beautifully prepared and presented. I had a gorgeous sea view room at the Portmarnock Resort Hotel while attending a Nurses Reunion Celebration. The hotel faces the sea and sits in a stunning location. My room was just as pictured, with all the amenities and a huge, comfortable bed. The staff were always smiling and so helpful, and Brian the porter was a godsend with our luggage. In my opinion, this is Irish hospitality at its finest, with excellent quality and value for money. I can't recommend it more highly.

The coastal setting was a lovely extra for the team, and the comfortable accommodation and very good food helped make our corporate training week at Portmarnock Links Hotel a success. Some of our staff stayed there while we ran training sessions in the conference facilities each day. The conference rooms were comfortable, well equipped and suited us perfectly for the full week. Staff were professional, helpful and always available to keep things running smoothly. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end, and we'd definitely recommend Portmarnock Links Hotel for corporate events, conferences or team training.
