Agripas Boutique Hotel

The staff was excellent and very accommodating, but the rest of our stay was exhausting. We came to Jerusalem to rest and travel, and chose the hotel based on its pictures. No one mentioned the construction underneath it, which starts at seven in the morning. The noise was so loud we couldn't talk in the room, and all of us had headaches. When we raised it at reception, they said there was nothing they could do. We left more tired than when we arrived. Stay as far away as you can.

The room was spacious and extremely clean, with a white and cream design, and I got the rest I badly needed. I had arrived at 10 a.m. after a flight of more than 12 hours, exhausted and dealing with lupus symptoms and pain, but check-in wasn't until 4 p.m. The front desk staff member saw how tired I was and found me a room within 10 minutes. He even upgraded me, a simple kindness when I was in the middle of a medical crisis. Bravo to him. I had chosen this charming, hospitable property as a Marriott Titanium Member and would recommend it. Unfortunately, I had to leave for the US less than 24 hours after arriving. I hadn't read the policy closely and lost the balance of my stay. I think early-departure cancellations should be considered case by case, especially for an emergency and departure within 24 hours. I will definitely return.

Really good experience. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Great location too.
