The place looks beautiful in a new, high-end building, but it doesn't seem like enough is being done to keep guests comfortable. We had a list of problems: the fridge didn't work, and although they said they'd send a technician, nobody came. Food we bought went bad because of it, and there was no offer to reimburse us. The sheets had a stain, which made me wonder how well the linens are cleaned between guests. There were no towels or dishwashing cloths in the kitchen, and no shower mat. You shouldn't have to buy those things on vacation. The washing machine also didn't work. The AC ran, but even at the coolest setting and highest fan, it didn't seem to do anything. I was ready to let it go as a one-off bad experience since I hate complaining, but after reading other reviews, it seems this may be normal. Unfortunately, I'd strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

The apartment was lovely and clean, and the manager was helpful. They responded quickly to everything we asked for. Just know that you'll need to clean the place during your stay or pay for cleaning.

The location itself is good, but the drilling from nearby construction was unbearably loud. It started around 7 every morning and went on until 4 or 5 pm. Don't stay here if you don't want the noise ruining your vacation.

I cancelled my reservation almost three months before the planned arrival, but they never processed it and then charged me $7,000. They don't honor their cancellation policies. This has been a horrible experience, and these people seem negligent and dishonest. Stay tuned for more stories about how incompetent and dishonest they are. This is chapter 1.
