A bad experience. On a snowy night the heating didn't work, and they never replied to my messages about it, let alone fixed it. They also wouldn't allow any checkout flexibility, even though the car couldn't be moved because of the snow. There were various other little issues too.

The view of Jaffa st. was nice, and the location is convenient for shopping. The rooms were okay and the beds comfortable, though the bathroom setup was unusual.

The apartment was in awful shape, with everything feeling rickety. It was also filthy: the bathtub made me vomit, there was hair in the towels, and crumbs under the table. Nobody had explained the payment arrangements ahead of time, so despite having paid a deposit, we had to hand over the full amount in cash to another person or get neither the apartment nor any information. We were left standing in the lobby with suitcases, a baby and my pregnant wife. They'd provided a baby bed, but it wasn't ready when we arrived, which made settling in with a baby especially convenient. Once the money was paid, we heard nothing more about the cleaning or anything else. There was simply no one to talk to.

The apartment we got was old and neglected, nothing like the pictures, and smelled of mold and dust. I had to sponge away a lot of dust myself. The worst part was the lack of service: once they'd taken the money, there was no one to talk to. When our electricity went out, I couldn't reach anyone. As soon as a problem needed someone there in person, they just blocked my number. Be careful, and don't fall into the same trap I did.
