The hotel has just been renovated, and it looks gorgeous. The rooms feel brand new, and you can see the care in the details, from the USB and C charging ports to the beautifully built bathroom. I’ll definitely come back. Five stars, highly recommended!

We had a great Shabbat at the Jerusalem Gardens Hotel. The Shabbat atmosphere was warm and uplifting, with organized Shabbat davening and rabbis present. There was plenty of good food, and the hotel has one of the best hashgachot currently available among Jerusalem hotels. The recent renovation shows in the clean, lovely rooms, large comfortable beds, and modern, well-done bathrooms. There’s no pool or spa as of this writing, but the basic amenities are all there, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. A particularly positive stay for Shabbat.

It was nice to be welcomed at reception by someone who speaks French. Thanks to Yonathan for being kind and explaining things. The downside was work starting at 7:00 a.m. without warning, which made it impossible to rest.

My family and I had a great time. The rooms have recently been renovated to a high standard, and there’s free Wi-Fi. It’s also close to the light rail and train station. Breakfast had a nice selection, though we went at peak time and it was a bit busy.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, and they were welcoming, kind, and caring from the moment I arrived. The room was really nice, and the beds were so comfortable. Dinner had an abundance of food to choose from, and the meal was delicious. I felt great during my stay and would definitely come back for my next vacation. Highly recommended.
