The balcony view from the 3rd floor is in the picture. It’s a great space in Jerusalem, with stylish modern design and a fantastic location. The downside was some pretty serious cleanliness problems. When I brought them up, all I got was “Sorry!” I’d probably stay again, but I’d hesitate because the price was close to what you’d pay for a 4-star hotel, where cleanliness issues are rare.

Getting into the building and finding the room felt like an escape room, and the place was absolutely filthy. It didn’t look like anyone had even tried to clean it. In fact, it looked as if someone was still staying there. I was beyond livid.

We booked through myjerusalemapartments.com and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Shower gel was provided, but we could have used a few bars of soap. The elevator and garage parking spot came in handy, and the guidebook was really helpful. Highly recommend!

Way overpriced, with unpleasant staff. You pay ALOT for cleaning, then get complaints if you leave a mess. They’re unavailable and don’t apologize. For that price there are much better choices. Never again!
