Take a walk around and slow down if you can. The street is lined with starkly minimalist Bauhaus buildings, and there’s a lovely fountain full of Koi fish for kids to admire. Cozy restaurants are nearby, along with cafes for tasty coffee and a traditional breakfast. Life is short, so sit and take in the Israeli architecture. If you let it, time here stands still.
It’s a lovely area to explore on foot, with historic buildings that have been beautifully restored. The tree-lined streets lead to the kikar and pond, and the whole place is very scenic.
The whole street has amazing architecture, and it’s a lovely area to wander around, with plenty of great cafes and restaurants. This historic site has been preserved and was the first town hall of the city of Tel Aviv.
This historic building was Tel Aviv’s first municipality building and is now a museum. It’s been renovated to its full glory, and the area is nice and central. There isn’t much going on, but it’s a pleasant place to walk around and see the historic building. Interesting for architects.
There are plenty of cafés and places to sit around Bialik square, and it's close to Dizengoff Center, though finding a place to park can be hard. The square itself is peaceful and lovely for a family walk. It’s a popular spot, with four architecturally notable museums around it, but they were closed because of covid 19 when I visited. Tourists should see it.
