The bed was comfortable, the room spotless, and the towels and linens were fresh. We had good Wi-Fi, too. Breakfast came with the stay and was cooked to order, really delicious. Such a friendly host. This is the nicest guest house we’ve stayed in.

We spent a few nights here while exploring Port Erin and the Isle of Man. The room was just right, and the couple who run the place made us feel very welcome with how kind and friendly they were. It’s a newer hotel in a redesigned old house. Thanks for such a lovely welcome, and all the best to you!

Breakfast had a good range of choices, kippers included, and it was delicious. The owners were lovely and happy to help with anything, even lending me an iron for my very creased clothes. It’s just a five minute walk to the beach. Our room was clean and a good size, though the bathroom was very small and they were very apologetic about it. Tea and coffee were replenished each morning while we were out.

The hosts were brilliant, and I’d happily stay at Athol Park Guest House again when I’m back in Port Erin. It’s become one of my favourite hotels. The street is quiet, but the bus and train station, high street, and coast are all close by. I could see the Milner's Tower from my window. There’s also a working restaurant in the hotel, handy for both dinner and breakfast.
