Carrick Rooms

On my first visit to the Isle of Man, I was lucky to find such a friendly place to stay. Unlike a big hotel, this one felt like home, and the service and quality exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, the ocean view each morning was special, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel. Nick and his father were incredibly friendly and helpful. They quickly brought me a thick quilt when I got cold, found me a taxi when I needed one, and even drove me to the airport in their own car. They did many other things for their guests as well. I’m deeply grateful to them for looking after me so well. If I return to the island, I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Ceren

Nick made us feel right at home, and it was lovely to meet little Bonnie. We loved the Drinking Dragon suite, which was elegant, comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

The breakfast was spot on, especially the eggy bread 🍞, and the rooms were immaculate. Nick looked after us so well, and the service was the best I’ve personally experienced. Nick, the new owner, was especially friendly and helpful. We stayed three nights at the end of November and used two rooms. Both were bright, clean, comfortable and well equipped, with good showers. The continental breakfast was provided, and the ground-floor cafe was delightful, with lovely food. The location is perfect, with sea views from the front room.
