The room and washroom were spotless, and the bedsheets were very tidy. There was a geyser, electricity, and a Smart TV. I didn’t expect the unusual red floor and green walls, but I was excited by the contrast. It’s in a prime location, with an old world charm alongside modern amenities. The service boy was informative, friendly, and helpful. We had a great stay.

Breakfast was a letdown: not much variety or freshness, and the dining area wasn’t well kept. The room was cramped, dim, and unclean compared with the online advert; the bedding looked old, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. Staff seemed indifferent, and housekeeping was slow even after several requests. The AC didn’t work properly, leaving the room too warm, and maintenance took hours to deal with it. My stay at Royal Inn was far from satisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There are better options nearby.

The towels were bad, the rooms smelled, and the hotel was poorly furnished. The AC didn’t work, and the curtains looked like they’d been used for washing cars. The worst hotel in the whole city of Tripura. Never choose it.

The rooms were clean, though the decor looked dated. Breakfast had a decent spread but not much variety. It’s conveniently located near attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful with a warm welcome. Just an average stay, nothing extraordinary.

The food quality ranged from bad to worse, the bathrooms didn’t work, and the towels were bad. There was no room service, and the AC wasn’t working properly. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen, and I wouldn’t choose to book it.
