Hotel Alleviate

Rooms are neat and clean, and the staff behave well. Some rooms also have a view of the Taj. There’s an in-house restaurant and a decent amount of parking. For this budget in Agra, it’s probably one of the cleanest hotels around, and the location is its biggest advantage. I’d recommend it.

The staff were good, and they packed sandwiches for us when we had to leave early the next day. Dinner was nice too, though the portions are huge, so take care when ordering. The location is great, very close to both Agra Fort and Tajmahal.

The room was only okay, clean enough for a short visit but nothing special. Mine had no windows, and the bathroom had toiletries but could use some maintenance. It’s fine for a one-night stop if you mainly need somewhere to sleep near the Taj Mahal, though it won’t suit anyone after high-end comfort. The location is excellent, right on the main road with easy access to the Taj and other sights, and public transport and convenience options are close. Food was quite good, fairly priced, and especially good value if included with the booking. The staff were helpful and polite.

After sightseeing at places like the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, we came back before our night trip home. Although we were outside check-in hours and the policy didn’t allow another room for four, manager Mr. Dayashankar kindly let us rest in the common area for about 3-4 hours. That kindness made a real difference. Earlier, after checkout, we had left our luggage at the hotel while we went out, and the staff kept it safe with proper tags. We were a family of four staying one night at Hotel Alleviate. Our room had two double bedrooms and two clean washrooms, and it was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help. Clean rooms, good upkeep, and caring service made for a very good stay. Thanks to Mr. Dayashankar and the whole team. I’d recommend the hotel, especially for families visiting Agra.
