The food was the one good part of our stay. We booked two rooms for one night with family and paid about ₹15,000, but the service and rooms fell short for that price. The rooms felt cramped, smaller than expected, and noise came through because they weren't soundproof. The couch in the bedroom was stained and hadn't been cleaned properly, and the room phones didn't work. Room service was extremely slow. After we paid, the receptionist, Shezan, promised guests a complimentary side view of the Taj Mahal, but it never happened. At checkout, staff pressured guests to leave positive Google reviews, which felt unprofessional. We expected better cleanliness, service, and professionalism for what we paid.

Getting around Agra was easy from the hotel's convenient location, and breakfast had fresh food with a good range of options. My room stayed tidy thanks to the housekeeping team, and it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially liked the bed and how clean the bathroom was. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Mr Sachin, Sandeep, and mohan veer. I had a pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott agra. Thanks again to Sachin.

The food was delicious, especially the biryani and pasta from head chef Mr.Neeraj. Mr. Avinash(wait staff) looked after us at both dinner and breakfast, and Ansum yadav, the young girl, is doing wonders in hospitality. The rooms were beautiful and had plenty of space. Fairfield Marriott Agra gave us a stay we'll remember for a lifetime. The staff were well trained, welcoming, and always smiling, which made us feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here in Agra and trying the food.

Ankush from food and beverage served delicious food that was presented well, and his focus on quality and guest satisfaction showed. The housekeeping team, Sandeep, Sachin, and Mohanveer, have been consistently attentive to cleanliness, detail, and guest comfort, with a positive attitude that makes a real difference. Anil Choudhary at the front office was courteous, professional, and ready to help with a warm welcome. The teamwork and service from everyone mentioned deserve real appreciation.
