I checked into this hotel for the first time, and we were very disappointed by the poor cleanliness. The bedsheet and towel were in bad shape, and the towel in the bathroom had bloodstains on it, as though it were clean. 31 January 2026, Kuldeep Singh, Bill No- 1313

The hotel is reachable from the railway station, and the rooms are available at a comfortable price.

It’s a good hotel, and most things were fine, but some of the room equipment needs maintenance. The AC is very old, the TV doesn’t work properly, and the fridge isn’t working properly either.

They said over the phone that no rooms were available, but when I went in person, they offered rooms for 2500 and 3000 per night. For those prices, neither the Deluxe nor the Super Deluxe room was up to the mark.

The location is good, right in front of the metro line, but the rooms are only average. The food quality and service are the worst.
