Surasena Regalvista

The laundry was the worst we’ve had on our budget trip around India. The sheets felt sticky, as if they hadn’t been rinsed, so I slept in my clothes. We asked to have them changed, but the replacement set felt the same. The towels were grim too, sticky and visibly dirty. I got a face towel replaced, and the new one looked like it had come off the floor. Breakfast paratha was lovely, although the curd had split. Dining otherwise was poor, with cheap pizza and possibly packaged dahl. Staff were good, and the hotel is close to the metro, the Taj, and an ATM. There’s a cafe/bar next door with horrendously loud music until midnight. At night you can feel the bass vibrating through your body.

A small, pleasant pool, a good restaurant, a relaxing spa, and well-kept conference facilities make this hotel suitable for a work trip or a leisure visit. I found the stay comfortable, with spacious, clean rooms and welcoming, attentive staff. Service was smooth, and the location was convenient for exploring Agra. It felt like good value and was a relaxing stay with good amenities.

The location was handy, 3 km from the railway station and 1.5 km from the Taj Mahal, and the price felt well worth it. We arrived late but checked in quickly. Our family had spacious, clean rooms with big, neat toilets, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. The restaurant staying open until 4 am was a big help for midnight cravings or an early breakfast. We’d definitely recommend Surasena Regal Vista in Agra 😊

The mattresses were mediocre at best, but the breakfast buffet had a great range of options. The location was convenient, set back from the main road so it was quiet. The showers use a central water heater, which was a huge plus with it 40°F outside. We asked and they brought us a small room heater.
