Hotel Crystal

Cockroaches were crawling all over the room, and when I complained, staff shamelessly said it was normal. The service was pathetic, and the staff were rude and careless, with no sense of hospitality. The filthy room had dirty walls, broken fittings, and exposed wires. The cracked windows were covered in dirt, and the bathroom had a stained mirror and dirty tiles. Sheets and pillows were dusty and stained, and clearly hadn't been washed. It felt unsafe to sleep there. This was a health hazard and a waste of money. It doesn't deserve one star; I'd give it a negative rating if I could.

The actual room looked nothing like the photos. It was large, but dirty, with unclean bedsheets and paan spits all over the place. The lift wasn't working, and there were insects. I had to sleep with the lights on during my single night there to keep them away. Not recommended, avoid at all costs.

I complained about the problems, but they argued and started a fight. Oyo and Agoda didn't help, and it was a terrible experience. The room smelled awful, with a dirty bedsheet marked by dirt and liquid, cigarette marks, a torn mattress, cockroaches and mites. The AC was out of order, and the bathroom was clogged and dirty. I wouldn't have stayed there even for free. Images attached for reference.

The room was so bad I couldn't stay, so I checked out early at 7pm, even though I'd booked four days through Oyo. I arrived at 9am and was refused early check in unless I paid extra cash. Inside, there was a loose switchboard that could shock someone, hair on the bedsheet, a dirty blanket and stained pillow cover, a bad smell, seepage on the walls and cupboard, dirty curtains, and an unclean, smelly toilet. The receptionist demanded cash for the remaining three days, threatened me, and called staff to scare me. He had me speak with someone from Oyo, and the woman also pressured me to pay the hotel in cash for the rest of the stay, although I'd booked online.
