Hotel Kamran Palace

The most unsettling part of my stay was seeing dogs wandering freely in the corridors and near shared spaces. I have nothing against animals, and understand some places allow pets, but this felt unregulated and raised hygiene concerns. It could also be uncomfortable for guests with allergies, fears, or health sensitivities. The room didn’t meet basic standards either. The floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, the linens didn’t look fresh, and the bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly. There were stains, unpleasant smells, and poorly maintained fixtures. A clean bed and bathroom are the minimum guests should be able to expect. The lobby, hallways, and common areas were dusty and poorly maintained when I arrived. I hardly saw housekeeping staff during my stay, which gave me the impression that management wasn’t paying enough attention to cleanliness or guest comfort. For the price, the upkeep and service should be much better. This was an extremely disappointing stay, far from comfortable or hygienic. The hotel needs to address cleanliness, maintain proper hygiene, and keep animals from roaming inside. With regular maintenance and more care, it could improve, but I can’t recommend it as it is. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the premises safer and cleaner for future guests.

Getting to public transport and markets from here is easy, which is a real plus. My room and bedsheets were clean, and the service was polite and helpful. I had a very good stay, and found it a reliable, budget-friendly option for a visit. 4/5 stars!

Hot water was available early, around 4.30 in the morning, and the rooms were neat and clean. I liked the place and the people working there. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it to business travellers and families too.

The bathrooms were well maintained, and room service was just one call away. At the price they charge, I’d definitely recommend it. Great experience.
